Camp
In the middle of a clearing between the Dancing Pines and Whispering Forest lies the campsite of the Tribe of Blazing Fire. The camp itself is minimalistic, reusing an old series of fox holes as their dens. As a result, the dens are very susceptible to flooding. The nursery and elders' dens are the fox holes more high up and on the same height, if not a tail length higher, as the ground. The lowest den is the warriors' den, only 2 tail lengths below ground. The apprentices sleep in a den about a tail length underground next to the warriors. The leader's den is the closest to the nursery and elders' den, and the deputy's den is next to the apprentices'. The medicine cats' den is on the other side of the nursery and elders' den and the furthest away from the camp entrance. In the middle of the camp, there is a flat space, about 20 fox-lengths long, with a large hill on the side to the right of the camp entrance. For meetings, the leader or deputy will jump atop the hill and call the clan to gather at the foot of the hill. When not in use, the hill is a popular spot for kits to play on and for elders to sunbathe. Opposite to the large hill is a round, flat stone about 2 tail lengths in diameter. The stone serves as the base for the tribe's fresh kill pile.
Training Ground
To the northwest of the camp is a large, sandy clearing perfect for mentors to bring their apprentices to for training. The Training Ground has several tree stumps for mentors to watch their apprentices. The stumps also vary in height, allowing them to also be used to teach apprentices how to jump on and off a tree.
Northern Mountains
Beyond the Training Ground are the Northern Mountains, currently uninhabited by cats. The mountains provide the Tribe of Blazing Fire with large prey, such as mountain goats and bighorn sheep. They also have many large predators such as brown bears and cougars. Every few moons, or during leaf-bare when the tribe is low on food, 10 mentors and 2 apprentices journey out to the mountains to hunt down a goat and bring back plants for the medicine cats.
Rolling Hills
To the east of the Northern Mountains are the less daunting Rolling Hills. The hills house many rabbits and deer, as well as the occasional bighorn sheep that wandered away from the Northern Mountain.
In the middle of the Rolling Hills lay the Moonpool. Originally, Smokestar had wanted the clan to use the old Moonpool but there was barely any unburned place to live near there. Starclan told Smokestar about a small pond in the hills just past Thunderclan's old camp, and Smokestar found a promising territory for her tribe to live.
Whispering Forest
South of the Rolling Hills is the Whispering Forest. The forest is full of bird nests and moss. The tree jumping training pays off in the Whispering Forest during newleaf when there are bird eggs, a favorite treat for the cats of the tribe.

Swimming Dock
The main area of the Tribe of Blazing Fire's territory is separated from the old Thunderclan campsite by a large river. On the river, next to the Whispering Forest, there is an old dock that was built by twolegs before ultimately becoming abandoned. The water around the dock is calm and shallow. Cats often visit the dock during greenleaf. It is where apprentices go with their mentors to learn how to swim and catch fish. |
Old Thunderclan Camp
Across the river is the old Thunderclan camp. Every 4 moons, the leader and 5 warriors swim across the narrowest stretch of river to reach the blackened forest and the old Thunderclan camp. They each bring over a squirrel as an offering and remember the cats that lived before them.
Dancing Pines
Opposite the clearing from the Whispering Forest are the Dancing Pines. The Dancing Pines is an evergreen forest that traps in the wind, causing the evergreens to always shake from the breeze. Not much is in the Dancing Pines beside squirrels. Mentors will often bring apprentices out to the Dancing Pines to train their sense of scent and catch fast squirrels.
Twolegs Place
Past the Dancing Pines is Twolegs Place. Not much is known about Twolegs Place except that catmint grows very well there.
